The movement has grown! This year our training days will be run in not just one, but three separate venues throughout the nation; one in London, one in the Midlands and one in the North. There’s a Youth Cell training day coming near you soon!
Next Level: Practical, Relevant and Intentional
When we first started promoting youth cells as a way of doing youth work there were only a handful of church youth groups exploring this way of doing discipleship and evangelism through small groups. Now we are in contact with over 900 youth groups who are using cell groups and there are many more that we come into contact with daily that are using ours or others cell material. One of the keys to seeing these youth works flourish is intentional development of cell discipleship; that is, not merely hoping that growth will happen, but consciously evaluating how a youth group is doing, making plans for growth and implementing them. A vital part of being intentional is taking time out for training and reflection. We have run cell seminars now for over eight years. We have listened to the feedback from the participants, pursued making our training more relevant and practical and sought to keep costs to a minimum with hard pressed youth work budgets in mind, and developed these days into intense, three track training for those in youth cells, running youth cells and those exploring whether youth cells are for them! We allow room for questions and answers so that you can get your questions answered. We use speakers who do not just talk theory but who have proven themselves in cell ministry; teachers who are practitioners.
Next Level Regional Flavour
Each regional location will cover all the necessary ground for youth cell equipping but will also have a focus unique to the location and the felt needs of that area. For instance London will have an urban cells focus - doing cell in cities.

For those who have been doing cell for a year or more.
- Youth Leaders Track: Introduction
For those who are considering doing cell, or who have just begun.
