What we are about...

• Cell UK youth is about doing, training, and calling youth work to be discipleship and mission focused. We believe that one of the key aspects to doing youth work that is effective in this is using peer-led youth cells. We partner with several churches and locations to develop cell based discipleship and mission and our aim is to help equip youth workers throughout the UK in this type of youth ministry.

  To see young people be a full active part of the body of Christ releasing their potential. To see youth not protected from the world, but inspired and supported to bring the Kingdom of God within the world. Young people dreaming with God and be empowered to have vision from God and helped to see it come about. Teenagers reaching other teenagers with Christ To see around young people structures that promote life, community and growth To see young people wrestling with the hard issues of discipleship holding each other accountable to live in holiness and incarnational mission To see young people owning youth work and working with youth leaders to reach their generation with Christ. To see young people not merely conforming to church or the world, but having their hearts changed, embracing the values of Jesus.
  To see youth leaders empowered to lead, drawing on what God says to them, the wider body of Christ and through the young people themselves. To see youth leaders equipped to understand and able to adapt and contextualize structures that promote life, community and growth amongst young people. To see youth leaders supported in the challenging and difficult job of developing young disciples.   Equipping youth and youth leaders in discipleship and evangelism through cell based structures
  including mentoring, large gatherings, ongoing training for youth, moving with the Holy Spirit. Partnering with others in youth discipleship and missional projects Producing relevant resources
